Born in 1953 in Arundel, West Sussex, I think I may have had a camera in my hand from day one, as I cannot remember being without one!

Having been an abject failure with brush or pencil, I like to think that I now create pictures with the camera, rather than just take photographs.

The difference between a photograph and a picture? A photograph simply captures a moment in time. A picture captures and hopefully gives back some of the emotion as well.
